but when will the dates and details for the Food and Wine Festival be announced?

I've seen a few sites posting that the 2009 festival will be from September 25 - November 8.

When I had to reschedule my trip for next year, the CM on the phone said it definitely started Sept 25. I've never been so I am excited (I arrive the 26th)

While the dates might be known, details on themes and participants won't be announced until,most likely, spring at the earliest.
