This just kind of sticks seeing this. I just wish somehow this stuff wasn't happening and DVC members could get these.. 25$ a point. I know they are probably worth that but it is nice to see people still selling there ressies for 10$ for last minute ressies to help others out.

Well he's not getting what he is asking right now . He's had them listed several times now with no bids.

Maybe they will fill someones waitlist when he has to cancel them for not getting his price at the 45 day mark.

The thing thats sad is he's advertising Perks that the Renter will not get and then they will be hollering at the CMs when they do try to get them.

Last time he had them posted he had the BCV one but listed with all the BWV pictures and info. Imagine if someone would have paid for that and found out it wasn't what they wanted.

Did anyone else see that the auction detail states that the maximum occupancy is 5?

What recourse does a person have if he/she wins the auction and then can't get a reservation for 5?

I'm not an ebay user and just wondering how it all works. There is a statement that the "item is not covered by buyer protection on eBay", whatever that means.

It also states "enjoy pool hopping" complete with pictures of other resort pools. First of all, pool hopping is for DVC members only and second of all this date is for Dec 23-28 when there is NO pool hopping due to the holiday season...grrrrrrrr.
