M grand daughter is two years old, she gets into the parks (IOA & US) free? Right?
Do we need to bring her birth certificate ?

And we have 3 adult tickets to Blue Man Group too, can we bring her? They sell tickets for 3 to 9 year olds, so she would be free there too?

Yup, she is free and no ID is required. At Blue Man Group she would probably need to sit on someone's lap.
