I just spent an HOUR on the phone making excursion reservations

I talked to Gwen. She was so incredibly nice!! She answered all my questions, not only about the shore excursions, but about the Oceaneer's Club and Lab, about dining and eating at Palo. She told me she had a category 4 last time and how much her and her DH enjoyed spending time at night on the veranda once the kids had gone to bed. She was just incredibly friendly. I honestly felt like I made a friend!!

I do not mean to be lost.....
Who did you call to make the reservations?? Everyone I have spoken with at DCL and CR has been great too! Sure helps us out when were are first timers!!

I guess about a week or two ago, we got information on excursions from the DCL. You can call their special services desk to make reservations 60 days in advance.

Gwen was really great. I even tried to talk her into taking the cruise!! LOL!!
