I just sold my house!

Finally some good news! i have just sold my house and at the price I wanted to woo-hoo

which means...after 10 years of struggling (and yes it was self inflicted) that if all goes to plan i will be totally debt free, no mortgage, no outstanding bills, it will all be gone, and i have enough left over to buy a modest 3 bedroom for cash. i am so relieved, so happy, i feel free.

so now i have 2 priorities:

• find a new house lol
• book my next trip to orlando

Now if we can get my grandad better too then all will be right in the world, hes scheduled for his angioplasty soon to unblock his arteries, and have the baloons put in, at the same time a pacemaker will be put in. BUT once this has been done we could have a very good summer.
