I just recieved a call from my EM...Karen Heyn

Im offically starting the planning now, im so excited!! Karen Heyn called me today and introduced herself as my EM. Has anyone had her, or know of her?? I am interested to hear anything you might know or have experienced?!! I know she is from my hometown and she sounded very sincere, sorry just excited to get things rolling! Ok any information would be GREAT, thanks again!!

Awww, you're going to love Karen. I had her and she was fantastic. Very easy to talk with and prompt at answering my questions. She was upfront and said that conference calls work best for her. My wedding at some last minute major changes and she was great about helping us and I knew my wedding was in great hands. After the wedding my family kept commenting on how personable and unassuming she was. She really made my wedding special.
