I joined on exactly my birthday last year. i thought my dad told me about it and i joined after it. dont know why you need to know that...i just thought it was interesting.

so how long ago did you join? did that day have any imporatnce to you (besides being the day you joined the best dis message boards ever! i mean like holidays rofl) how did you find out about the dis?

My mum told me about it ages ago...and i was called "Raven" but then i forgot my password and months later i finally made a new account "Starfire" after trying and trying to figure out my old password

A few days after X-mas.
We got a trip to Orlando/Universal/Disney/Disney Cruise as a X-mas present and my mum told me to read about Universal on these boards, but I just joined instead and started posting on the Teen boards.

According to my profile, I joined August 18th, 2005.
Besides joining the DIS nothing else interesting happened today.
My dad took me on to the DIS on July 2005. The first thread I read was the "Famous People You Met at WDW" thread on the Theme Park Attractiona and Stratergies board. I lurked the Theme Park Attractions and Stratergies board for a month before joining.
