He was planning taking Christmas to New years week off of work. I've been struggling with trying to get to Disney next week to watch my little sister sing in the Candlelight processional. For 1 my girls would miss their Christmas parties at school and for 2 if I took my kids I would have to pay for another room. So he just told me he will move up his days off and stay home with the kids on the 21st and 22nd so I can go with my mom and grandma to watch her sing. Whoo hoo! I'm so happy... 2 days without any kids enjoying Disney.

Not that it matters, my babbling on this post... but turns out my dh goodwill doesn't help me much. My mom keeps renigging on the trip. She said if I could get someone to watch the kids, I could go with them. Now that I figured it out, she is saying she'd feel too guilty about going without my twin sister. But my sister wouldn't have child care and would have to bring her boys. I'm sorry if I sound selfish but 2 days without any kids amoung adults excited me. Plus we'd have to rent another room and my sister only goes for $24 econo lodge off property which I don't WANT TO DO. Oh this is so dang unfair.

I really can't afford a hotel room just for myself... I wish I could, it would answer all. I could definately go if sharing 1/3 of a hotel room. I mean I have the money but need it for other stuff right now...not one night stays by myself in a hotel room.
