Although I haven't had a lot of time to play lately, I am truly sorry that VMK is closing. I do know how much it meant to a lot of people and how much time many have invested.

I am interested to know if there are enough people who play other Disney online games to keep these boards and dedicate them to all online Disney games and maybe Webkins.

I agree. This is the only place I can go to comunicate with my beloved friends. Unfortunately, not all of my friends are ehre at the Dis. Heck, I say open it up for all the games LOL Disney games, webkinz, whatever! Hey, even keep VMK open! LOL There'd be plenty to share for quite some time.

I play plenty of other online games, but nothing compared to VMK. Vmk kept everyone on a social level, which I loved. Especially the moving part.

Please keep the boards alive.

I say keep the VMK Boards alive as it is a basically a friend connection agency for many players. It may also be good to expand and make it a general "Disney Online Games" forum, and within that have subforums for POTC Online, Toontown, Club Penguin, VMK (Times of the Past), etc.

I have formed friendships in game that mean so much to me, but the truth is, the friends from VMK that have turned into friendships in real life would not have happened if it were not for the DISBoards, which is why I have stayed a constant member of the DIS community for so long.

It would be wonderful to keep the boards as a place to connect with people from VMK.
