I have one of those "buy one get 3 free" phones. It's kinda cute though. It's small, black & gray, no antenna, and the camera on it works great. It's nothing fancy, but it doesn the trick. the keypad is getting a little worn down from my texting so much though. Our contract is up in August, so I'll be getting a new phone soon.

Our contract is up, and has been up for almost 5 months. But my mom wants a phone that plays music (and she wants to use it like an iPod), but doesn't have a full keyboard. So she's said she wants a Razr, but she complained about the size when my uncle got his a year ago. They also break really easily. She can't figure out the phone she has, so I don't know how she's going to figure out a more complicated music phone. And she's admant that she wants to keep her number. She doesn't want to have to learn a new one. Heck, she's had this one for 4 years (we kept her number the last time we got new phones) and she still has issues remembering it. It's because she doesn't use it! She has no use for a phone with a camera or that plays music!

And I don't know how long this phone will be available as the movie comes out in 12 days. She says she won't get a new contract before we go to France (6 days), but the movie comes out while we're there so I'm worried it will be taken off the market before we get back and she gets around to signing a contract.

There are so many phones out there that are like the Iphone now.

The Samsung Instinct is very similar.
Acutally when I saw it on my mobile service's website, I couldn't really tell the difference.
The only reason they're selling it with mine is because Rogers got the Iphone, and mine needs an answer to that. I'm hoping the plan is cheaper than the Iphone...

I have a blue Samsung juke from verizon. i can only use it for emergencies though. i'm not allowed to text because it costs to much (doesn't bother me though never really liked texting anyway). i just got this phone a few months ago.

I absolutely hate it. I have had it since October of last year.
My dad said he is sick of me begging so he is gonna get me his blackberry.
Because he hates that phone&wants a new one, lol.

I have/had a sony ericcson w580i in pink. It a cute little slider, not too many unneccessary things. I've had it for about 2 months. I love it, but my sister dropped it in the toilet yesterday, so it's not functional anymore. smooth move. And the replacement phone would cost $200 from ATT because the warranty doesn't cover liquid damage, so I am probably going to be getting a different phone soon. xD

I have a magenta razr.
I've had it since I was a freshman, but it's been surprisingly durable. Its fallen down flights of cement stairs in parcking garages, thrown down rows in the movies, dropped in the toilet and fell from the 2nd level of the mall. All that happens is the battery pops out, haha.

The toilet messed it up for a day, but it dried out and all was well.
My phone is the man.

I use it everyday. I don't want to trade it for a fancy slide-y thing. I love my razr.

I have some lame phone from Samsung that was like $10 with a two year contract with verizon.

I've already picked out my phone for October
It's gonna have a full keyboard xD

I'm always on it and I use it for texting.
About 7,000 a month (non-verizon)
About 5,000 a month (verizon)

Yeah, there's to companies that have the Instinct this year in Canada. The plan for the company that I don't use is rather cheap (like 20 a month), so I'm hoping that mine is following suit on that.
I'd like to convince my parents we DO need a new phone.
Which we kind of don't, but my phone is all cracked in random places...
