I just got my I-Pod

I just got my pink i-Pod and it is charging. It has to charge for 2 more hours before I can begin to play with it I think the suspense is going to kill me!! I love new toys!

You are going to absolutely love your I-pod. I too have a pink mini I-Pod and it's sitting here charging up. I'm taking her out for a run in about an hour. I'm in love with my hottie, I never leave home without her. Plus once I don the ear pieces on my hears, the sound from them are awesome. What more could you ask for, your entire library of songs in one location on a tiny device that is really cute! Enjoy!

Well I had to pare down my mp3's which was hard but I managed to get all the good ones on there! I also got the thing you put in it and it transmits the mp3's to your stereo. The quality of that isn't great (like a cassette) but it's pretty neat!

I love my little pink i+pod. I've already had to fully recharge it because I listened to it for so long yesterday I recommend it! I also recommend the earphones that are higher quality, the ones it comes with are good but they are too big and hurt ,y ears when I put them in there!

Sorry if this is a dumb question but what is the difference between an MP3 and an IPod?

they are two seperate things

An MP3 is a music file that is saved on your computer that you can listen to.

an I-POD is an MP3 player, which means you hook it up to your computer, put all those MP3 files (see above) '[;]\\\\ (LOL my cat says hello!) on it, and then carry it around with you like a cd player, except it will never skip. There are MANY MANY kinds of MP3 players out there, but most people get I-POD's b/c they are easily "hacked" and turned into file storage space, actual radios, ETC...
