UGH - we finally got in and only values cam up for our week. DH wasn't willing to give up ressies at AKV so I didn't do it. I guess I'll try to look elsewhere for next time. Are the ressies transferrable, should I have booked and given the ressie away? Oh well, hindsight.....

I noticed someone on the chat room said something about not using a debit card. I thought maybe that was why. Guess not!

FYI as far as changing names. I posted on the other thread a couple of days ago. I won a priceline WDW Value a couple of years ago. I gave it to someone on the DIS since we ended up not going. I was able to call WDW and have them ADD the person to my ressie and she was able to check in.

OK, so I got in, but now I feel like I want to cry, but not with tears of joy...we were not planning on going, and when I saw this deal I figured what a great way to surprise may family with a summer trip...I got ASMusic.

Anyway, we have only stayed in Mods, and had discussed where we "would" stay in the past. Never did the idea of values ever come in. Now, we are NOT hotel snobs...we don't even travel that much, but...

I had literally just gotten out of bed (couldn't sleep...go figure) gone to the b-room (why did I bother, it wasted my time), signed on to LMT first thing and there was the pop-up totally unexpected...so I was totally caught off guard!


I had been researching and researching all yesterday and knew what I wanted and when everythng came on and the video played...less than 2 min, and NOTHING was the same! Several Off site locations that I knew for sure...but I wasn't sure of any of the others except the All Stars that were obviously on-site. And I read through every description for hours last night.


I am really thankful to have gotten something, but I am REALLY disappointed not to have gotten a mod, when they were listed and I was too flustered. I had 2 sec. left when I hit the final submit...so that was really close...but I am SO disappointed...

Somebody please tell me I am being selfish or stupid or something, as many people won't even get the deals...I am so tired and I almost wished I had missed it so I could try again another time later..

OR..someone please reassure me that spending the rest of the money (that we haven't budgeted for) to round out this unplanned trip will really be worth it staying at a value...

I feel very petty right now, but I am SO disappointed.

SO...a word of warning for those still trying...know the descriptions by heart!

Sorry for my rant!

We've stayed at almost every resort on property and I still go back to AS Mu because I love it so much!! It is a lot of fun and the rooms were refurbished not long ago. They have great activities for the kids and the food in the food court is pretty good too. It's just one of those places that makes me want to skip!! (And I'm 41!!!) That makes DS18 and DD17 want to hide, but DD's BFF thinks it's too funny!!!

I am sooo happy for you, it was a long dau for us yesterday. I missed it last night by just seconds again and didn't get up early enough this am (CST) so I am an hour behind and I am tired from this marathon. ANyway that is awesome and send me some pixie dust for nest week.....
