I was a rep in a call center for AT&T ---- I would HATE to be the rep for LMT that gets those two calls.....It is really hard to explain when the company you work for is not true to their word.
So far I have been told that they have no idea why this is happening and that the manager and IT person arn't there to answer any questions. Also said there are tons of calls coming in about it. I told her to call her manager right now and figure it out. She put me on hold to call her manager.
