you will find something to use it for! We got a great credit with southwest when our orlando flights dropped. using it for a long weekend in las vegas. have to love a sale!!
Can I ask how this works? Do you have to cancel your reservations and re-book?
I just checked and our returning flight has dropped $10 per person so that's $40 but our flight down has sky - rocketed to a lot more than we paid. So, if we had to re-book it wouldn't save us anything.

I just had to call up, tell them I noticed our flight had gone down and ask to get the lower price.
They did not even do it as two seperate credits (two flyers) ; they just did it as one.
When I want to use it, I just call them up, give them the ref# of my flight that got the credit and I can apply it towards a new flight. Sometimes on Jet Blue , $120 is almost a whole ticket to Orlando from Boston!!
You should not have to change both flights. They can probably just credit you for the return flight. It never hurts to ask.
Most airlines (not sure about these specific ones, Val) will issue a discount voucher on each ticket (generally not combinable) for future travel on that airline within 12 months time.
Thanks for the heads up EsX. I didn't realize you could get a credit. I thought I was nuts paying $270 for my October trip. I checked JetBlue to see what the flights now cost, and they actually went up! So I'm glad I booked it when I did.
Thanks EsmeraldaX !! I previously booked flights earlier in the year to Orlando. Checked Spirit air and the prices had dropped! Called Spirit and got a $116.00 flight voucher for future travel within a year. Thanks again for the travel tip!!
