I just got 1900 Park Faire for next week!!!

!!! DH had asked me about a month ago what he could do for me for Mother's Day at WDW, and I couldn't really think of anything. Well, this weekend he asked again, and I decided that it would be fun to do a princess character meal (we have two preschool boys, so princess meals aren't usually on our ADR's). So, I knew it was a long-shot, but I've been calling about 1900 Park Faire every day since then. The only ADR I was willing to part with was WCC on Thursday, May 7th, and we have to eat early that night b/c we're going to Spectro that evening. All week 1900 PF has been booked SOLID for dinner that night, and then today, the lady told me that she had ONE spot-- for six (our party size!) at 4:40 pm-- CAN YOU BELIEVE IT???? It must be meant to be!!! So, I get to dine with Cinderella for my Mother's Day present!! I'm a lucky mommy! --Katie

Congrats! I'm the mommy of two preschool-aged boys as well, and have been going back and forth on eating there for dinner-I want to see Cinderella! So I'd love to hear how your boys liked it. I know you are also doing Ridemax (I'm not stalking you, honest, I've just been following the RM thread, lol!), so I'm really interested to hear all about your trip, since we're planning on using that too. Have a wonderful trip!

I took my boys (12, 10, 8, &2) to 1900 last summer. We all loved it. My 10 year old got to dance with one of the step sisters. We all enjoyed the atmosphere and food. It's not just for girls

Sure, you're not stalking me ! I'm so excited about that ADR-- I've also ordered a slipper dessert for both me and my mom! I'll be sure to post how it goes. I will also update how Ridemax goes with two preschoolers in tow! I'm hoping that my plans aren't too ambitious! We'll see.

I'm glad to hear that your boys liked it, too. I think my boys will have a fun time (plus they're eating at Garden Grill, Chef Mickey's and Crystal Palace, so they can't complain too much!!). --Katie
