I just feel terrible about how many times I have switched ADR's around!

One person's plan changed and it caused a domino effect of changes. One CM pulled up my ADR's by phone number and she not-so-nicely said, "Oh, my gosh!" I said, "I know, I know!" Note to self--do NOT have any reason for CM to look you up by phone!

This is the "Disney" system so I don't think you should feel bad about changing and I don't think a CM should make you feel that way. I have only called 3 times I think and my TA called once. The TA made reservations I didn't want so I made my own...when I called back to change something, there was a reservation open I wanted so when the CM went to make it she looked at all my reservations and was very annoyed when she saw 2 for the same time frame. I told her that one was the one she was going to cancel to replace with the one she just found and one was made by the TA and I didn't have that information with me to cancel them. She wasn't very nice. Had that been my first experience I would have been upset - but my first call went to a CM that was absolutely fantastic, patient and helpful!

I'm betting I switch things around yet again before the trip...not feeling bad about it at all. We're not on free dining so this is a big expense - I'm going to be as satisfied as I can be!
