I hate to tell you but there is a Winter Storm warning here for heavy snow starting tonight and I'm west (northwest) of all of you, so there's another on it's way.....Supposed to snow all night and tomorrow morning.

We had the blizzard winds, etc on Tuesday night, too. Electricity is cabled underground here so we're usually OK here unless something big above ground goes at one of the main stations, which does happen.

So not what I wanted to hear. We have a huge s***mobile ridein on sat and our family is the lead family if husband is out plowing/sanding all night UGH!!!

I've already told my boss I'm out of here as soon as that storm starts cranking up. Since I'm only 1 mile from the school I'll grab my kids and head home. Just not going there.

STAY SAFE EVERYONE WEATHER IS NOT TO BE MESSED WITH.

So far, no panic driven people at the grocery stores. I had to pick up milk, my boys breathe that stuff in, and it was deserted.

Also stopped by the BIG Lots on the way home. Only picked up the packages of $2.00 card stock (4) for me. The rest of the stuff was kiddo items. I'm out of blue & brown and almost out of grey, I got those and a yellow to go with my Woody tags.

Yep, we have been under it for a while now.. nothing going on...but KK will check in I hope usually she gets it..than me...but we shall see if that happens... According to reports we heard this morning... AWM, your direction was supppse to get ice (that is the southeastern IN side of it...they really didn't say much about the OH area except you were included in the warning.. YUCKO!

I'm wondering if all the construction in town lately is because we are going underground w/ wiring..but I don't know.. I sure wish we would because yesterday was crazy.. 2.5 hours and my house just now feels warm to me...but than again my DH tells me I'd freeze at 90 degrees in the house if there were a breeze!

Here too. My kids are acting like there will be no school tomorrow, but there is NOTHING going on outside.

I'm telling you.. I think they are getting these kids all pysched up so that we as parents have to break the bad news that they have to go to school tomorrow...

although rumor has has it... it's in the western part of the state now...so it should be hitting me soon...since we are west-central....but nothing yet...

Oh, it's snowing really hard here! The flakes are so big tonight, I almost got knocked out when they hit me in the head while letting the dogs out in the back yard. Actually, it's been snowing here all day and it wasn't easy driving in the Chicago area earlier either.

You should be getting it soon Nancy, unless it stays north of you which I doubt.
