i havent been on the commy for yonks but im back looking for my next holiday.

does anyone know if there is a board somehwere out on the www that can help me out with a trip to canada. we dont fancy disney again.

maybe someone on here has a few tips about canada for a family of four with two young girls 10 and 6. i dont even know which region to go to or which season i fancy yet.

i didnt dislike anything about disney and our hol was good but......

well, but nothing really, no reason for me not to like it but.........

shellbell, i was like you so excited and planning to go every year before we had ever been but.................

there was something about disney i just cant put my finger on it.

anyway i will have to get some pickys up. can i include them in my posts?

i will check out that hillarys trip report after work tomorrow.

Hi,

I spent 5 days in Toronto last September and it was fabulous! The weather was perfect(80's), there was LOADS to do and I would love to go back and explore more.

We stayed at the Hilton in Toronto, and these are some of the things we did:-

Went up CN Tower - Fab!
Ate in Hard Rock overlooking the baseball stadium.
Caught the ferry to the Toronto Islands and cycled around them.
Took a trip to Niagra to see the Falls.
Went to the AMAZING exploratorium which was a really great full day.
Shopped!
Ate huge amounts!

My sister visted Canada and hired a motorhome - very reasonable prices and she loved it - they spent 3 weeks travelling around.

A friend of mine has been and did the Rocky Mountaineer train ride so go to experiece both 'sides' of Canada.

eeks i dont get on as much as i would like to now as i started a new job two weeks before i went to florida.

anyway thanks for the info sam. my dh would love to rent a motor home and travel like that. there are lots of things to think about before we set anything in stone.

would anyone be able to tell me who they booked with and what they thought of them?
