1) If I'm on the dining plan, can I pay out of pocket instead of using 2 credits?

2) Is there a special seating location if you purchase the package or should we line up early to get the best seating possible?


I know I'm going to have more questions, but I can't think of them now.

If you reserve for CP there are two options. One is to use DDP and get charged for two credits per person. The other is to make payment in full for the fixed price (including tax and, I think, gratuity) by credit card charged at the time of reservation. Note it is a fixed price for each location and the price does not depend on what you order from the menu.

When we go next year I will never use 2 dining credits for the CP. We will split our ressie so we only have to buy the dining plan for half of our stay and purchase the CP for the other part of the trip.

There is a special line for CP dinner packages and it also tends to get very long. but you will still get a great seat. I would advise getting inline about 45 minutes before show start

You have to eat your meal before you see the show so if you have the %;15 show you will be eating at 3. We try to get reservations at 6 for the 8:15 show. Have fun

I just booked a CP Package (no dining plan) and I specifically asked if it was going to be a charge on my Visa or just a hold. The CM said she wasn't sure, so she put me on hold to go check. When she returned, she said that it was just a hold...no charges would be made to my Visa.

Hmmm....now I'm wondering if I was given misinformation. This was last week, so I guess I won't know for sure until the bill comes.

Your info. was correct. We just boooked CP last week and although we gave a credit card we were not charged. Im sure it's in case you are a no show. We do have a very early dinner tim 3:40 at France (Le Cellier was not available) but I'm sure we will enjoy walking through the countried before the show.
