I have THE MOST SPOILED CAT in the WORLD!

I have a one year old Maine Coon who over the past few months has decided that it just won't do for him to be more than 10 inches away from me at any given time.

He sleeps against me, he doesn't move until I get up in the mornings then he follows me everywhere.

I'm sitting on the couch and another of my cats got in my lap, Isis (the spoiled one) immediantly jumps into my lap and runs her off and is now on the back of my couch laying literally in my hair.

When I turn around to look at him he will meow (loudly) and stick his nose to mine.

There is NOTHING in the world like having a pet that loves you unconditionally even if he is spoiled ROTTEN!

I spoil my cat. But she's such a sweetie. And we got her from a shelter, so we're making up for all the time she didn't get attention.

Meeko, our Maine Coon, loves to sleep in DH's armpit. If Meeko jumps in bed and DH is lying on his side that cat will churp (meow kinda) until DH rolls over on his back and puts his arm out thus assuming the proper position. He only does this if we're still awake. Once we're asleep he will lie down between us and go to sleep. His brother, Dexter, will head butt you until you pet him.

These cats have trained us well.

They also like to drink out of the sink and they hate any door that is closed, especially the bathroom.

My mom has a Maine Coon who seems to act a lot like yours-- she follows my mom around the house like a little puppy. her name is Emmy, but we call her "Me too" as in "What's everyone doing? Whatever it is, me too! Me too!"

Pippin is a former shelter cat, so of course she's spoiled She has us trained to go to bed on time so she can get her beauty sleep!

Oh well i thought my 3 girls(cats) were spoilt... How about this approx 8 years ago my mum & Dad took one of my middle cats baby kitties & gave him a good home... ( good home???? life of luxuary you mean ) My mums day consists of get up let Cliff out(would`nt even mind, but he has a cat flap, but is too afraid to use the damn thing...)( cats name!!!! Cliff????Cliff Richard fan you see...) ( ask no questions... i have nooo answers)... Go look for Cliff & fetch him in, around dinner time (Cliff hates to miss dinner) ??? ( does he know??? have you bought him a wristwatch???can he tell the time???)Anyway, after dinner goes back out & fetches mummy back a gift... awwww.... normally in the shape of a mouse, small vole . bird etc . yes you see the list is endless... then my phone rings "Chrissie you have to come quick, your ""Grandson" (what??? i`m 35 years old with daughter s at 11 & 12) has just brought home a dead thingy , creature , critter...."Oh ok suppose i shoud not have let DM take in her ""Great grandson""" ( i don`t know???) but i sure know he is living the high life.... He`s certainly landed on his feet

unconditional love . My cat " devil boy" has to be in whatever room I'm in- including the bathroom he whines outside the door if I don't let him in. cats know who the boss is in the house

honey is my spoiled cat she goes to sleep with me when i'm taking a bath she wants in if i see her paw under th door in she goes. when i do a real or a fake sneeze she meows. since a friend is in a wheelchair if she put her hand out she goes up on back legs the front

I think Maine Coons have got to be one of the sweetest breeds of cats. My parents have had two. The one who was my dad's cat was ALWAYS laying on my dad's chest. That was just heaven for my dad, to be reclined in his chair watching TV with this big lump of cat laying right on him. My dad's cats have always been spoiled. He feeds them food from the table all the time which drives my mom crazy. And one cat that he now goes CRAZY for Reddi Whip. My dad will squirt a big glob of it onto the floor (YES! on the floor) for this cat to eat.
