is there gouing to be a specific time these go on sale or is it when the store opens?

It surprised us also as we were just walking through the store and saw them. The pins were not out, only the magic moments pins. They only had about 20 bags and 10 binders, so we figured we better get them while we could. The best part was we used the $10.00 off coupons we had gotten earlier which were only good from Sept. 1-8.
