ONEderland!!!

With my additional loss this past week of another 3 pounds, I have now officially entered ONEderland at a new weight of ............

(Oh God, I have not said my weight publicly in YEARS)............

Gulp, here goes................

197!!!!

I have not been under 200 since my days in the Army, and never in my wildest dreams had I imagined I would get here ever again. My initial "goal", (which in my head was as likely as being named the next Chairman of Disney), was to get around 205 or so. Now I see what I can do, and I am pushing on to newer & better goals!!

I have to thank all of you for all the support you have given me, the encouragement & recipes are great!

I also need to thank my PM Buddy (even though I irritate her) LOL, without her, I would not only never have gotten this far, but I never would have started down this path in the first place. She had challenged me personally, and got me off my big ole butt, without that shove, I would still be sitting there.
