in terms of DVC card or anything..i became a member in mid December should i have received something by now.....i have already made a reservation so im in the system....i have my own dvcmember.com account..should i call someone

The member cards are printed and mailed by an outside company. For some reason, it can take a really long time. If you don't receive your cards by by mid February, I'd give member services a call. If you need your cards for a trip before your permanent card arrive, you can pick-up temporary cards at the sales office at Saratoga Springs resort.

We joined in July 2007 and got our cards at the end of August. DH had them in his pants pocket the first day we got them (he was going to put them in our firesafe upstairs later that night) and they were washed and dried, leaving almost nothing left. I have called 3 times since August and emailed several times. Each time I'm told 3-4 weeks. Someone named Todd has sent me the same email (and I reply on the old ones he has sent so he can see I've emailed before). Our temporary cards expired in November. Something tells me I'm just going to have to get them in April at SSR myself.
