Rough day at work since I work at a call center...and tomorrow DS has a soccer tournament - outdoors....can't wait to see how I sound tomorrow night!

I have a brand new fleece "neckwarmer" from Eddie Bauer for tomorrow. It's like a neck from a turtleneck.

I have been downing tea and lemon......I'll have to see what I can find to make it more "healthy"!

Never let no voice phase me. I just keeping signing away. Thank God dh can understand even when he can't sign. Lost my voice once and went to BK. Was mouthing and signing and the kid just started signing back to me.

I can't sign...and my finger spelling is pretty rusty too...although my kids can interpret a lot from just my looking at them!!!

I have the same problem. Everyone at work kept laughing at me. Said I sounded like Mickey Mouse. The bad thing was I still kept trying to answer the phone when it rang. Had everyone in hysterics.Hope you feel better soon. Think I will just take some medicine and go to bed.

My voice is about the same....but the outdoor soccer tournament this morning....wind chill about 25 and snow flurries....sure didn't help.
I've decided not to talk tomorrow because I need a voice for Monday. Otherwise, if anyone wants a good laugh, just call 1-800-MetLife and hope you get me!

My SO loves it when I get laryngitis. I usually give him a lot of sign language when he tells me he's happy I can't talk.

I hope you get to feeling better soon. Don't strain your vocal cords by trying to talk though.

Sure hope you are feeling okay despite the loss of your voice. I often lose my voice when I get a bad cold. DH and my coworkers get entirely too much entertainment out of it. Especially when it enters that squeaky stage.
