I Have It Too

My mom was diagnosed with SC last January she was operated on and they got it all out - she has regular check ups now and NEVER goes anywhere without her 50+ SPF block. :grouphug: lots of hugs and PD coming your way, I hope that you will keep us all updated on how you are getting on.

I know I dont exactly know you but I felt shocked when I read your post! How unkind life is at times - but as others have said, hopefully the cancer has been caught in time and any treatment you have will be a success! Wishing you all the best :wave2:

my neighbor was diagnosed with skin cancer a few years back. They did surgery and treatment and he's fine today. He's just very careful about the sun now.

I'm sure you will be fine too.
Good luck and make sure to tell the doctor everything that you're feeling. They can't read your mind, so you have to tell them everything, no matter how silly you might think it is.

My sister and mom are survivors of different forms of cancer - one of them the most virulent one out there, and they're both alive to talk about it today.

so sorry to hear this anna :grouphug: i know i dont know you personally but ive every confidence in your ability to get through this :grouphug:

Very best wishes to you and your sister - I hope you both have completely successful treatment, and take heart from Gems and all those who have been treated successfully.........all the very best to you.

Very sorry to hear your bad news Anna! :grouphug: for you and your sister.

Oh Anna, my deepest sympathy, you poor girl, I really hope they've caught it nice and early. Please keep us updated and please know you have many friends here, we're all thinking of you :grouphug:

Oh Anna, I'm so sorry. Sending you lots of hugs :grouphug: and :wizard: .

As other posters have said we are all here for you so you know where to come to vent, talk or cry (though not too much please near electrical equipment!)

Please keep us informed

Sending you :grouphug:

Both my mother and m-i-l have had skin cancer and both have been completely fine after treatment. Fingers crossed yours will be as straightforward to deal with.

Sending you lots of :grouphug: and :wizard: .
Hope they have found it early and that it can be treated.
Keep your chin up. :)

well it was removed this morning, my sister had to wait a few weeks but mines been taken off within a few days, wierd huh. Im tired and not very friendly right now.

Best thing is I cant see how I got it I always wear total block, as I was fair as a child and it just stuck.

Good news is we are going to rhodes, chris thinks it will be a good rest. I am looking forward to going.

Same with america, trying to focus though it seems a lifetime away, and it feels very wierd to have something that could affect that lifetime. Ive been looking at meals, aaa passes and things to do, may even buy a guide book to read (especially if I need treatment afterwards it will get me through)

Sues gone in for her stitches removing from the removal of her cancer, shes got about a four inch cut. Mines smaller but sore right now.

Anna ~ Hope you feel a little better soon.

Sending lots and lots of :wizard: :grouphug:
