When I went to lunch today all the ladies I eat lunch with had a small birthday party for me. I was so touched cause it was themed with Mickey Mouse. My brownie "cake" was the shape of Mickey's head. They had several large cut out Mickey ears hats around with "Happy Birthday, Susan" on them and several small ones scattered around the table. One friend made shortbread cookies since she knows I love Disney's shortbread.

My closest friend at work made a lovely lemon bread. Never had that before. It was very refreshing, and very good. It is so nice to be acknowledged when it is your birthday. So good to have friends.
