Into a Disney fanatic of course! He has always been the kind to just go along when we made trips to Disney but was also interested in going other places (not me!). We just came back from Disney in Oct. We are going to FL for Christmas to be with my sister and he agreed to do 3 days/2 nights just the two of us (no kids!). We already have a trip planned for next September so I decided to look into a cruise for his November birthday instead. When I told him we should switch so he could have his birthday on a cruise he just looked at me and said no. I was very confused so I asked why he would not want to change it and he said:

Well, I think I have turned into a crazy Disney person like you but I didn't want to say anything!

LOL. It's so nice when two minds finally come together after 15 years! :yay:

congratulations - now you need to consider buying DVC - not thru Disney - way to expensive - but resale

Actually we were just talking about that last night. We are in the process of looking for a new house so we decided that after we finish this we will look into DVC. :cheer2:

It took only 3 trips.....I suspect it was really already in there waiting to come out. No magic on my part but definitely on Minnie and Mickey's. :)

Hey, it only took you 15 years! What's your secret? It took me over 25 years. Frankly, spiceycat's suggestion about buying DVC DID go a very long way to helping "convert" him. He just didn't like my "comando" touring style, and now that we own DVC, I'll admit to becoming way more laid back. Occassionally, DH looks at me and says "Wow, who are you?" But I can tell he's secretly pleased.

Ahh, its such a victory when they finally jump on the bandwagon, hey?

Luckily, it only took ONE trip to turn my hubby to be! I fully expected that he would not go back to Disney until we had kids, but he actually suggested it for our honeymoon next year!

My wife would love this thread...

We live 90 miles south of the Disneyland resort in Southern California and have had annual passes for the last six or seven years. I finally reached the saturation point several months ago and flat refused to go with her any more. Unfortunately, our November trip to WDW was already booked and paid for, so I had to go.

We shared a two bedroom DVC villa at the Beach Club with another couple and their son. That was all it took... I fell in love with Epcot and enjoyed the other parks immensely, so much so we already have a visit booked for next year. I'm hopeless...
