I have called twice and got right in both times

What are you guys that are on hold so long putting in? I did "modify existing reservation." Maybe it's making a new reservation that has people on hold for so long?

I waited no more than 2 minutes both times I called - the first time to apply free dining and the second time to add days onto my reservation. Now going Sept 7-15, CSR, free dining! Yeah!

It's not the modifying an existing reservation. I've don that too and been denied twice now.

I called to modify and was on hold 37 minutes this AM.

I don't know how I got so lucky with others on hold for so long. Good luck to those of you still on hold. There was no problem modifying my reservation/adding free dining.

When I tried the regular #s both of them said the circuits were busy! Now I'm on hold with this 800 #!
