I can't even remember when it was talked about but someone had mentioned they heard tv or children in the background when making ADRs and it was determined that Disney uses anothe company for the ADR service. Can anyone find the thread or remember the name of the company? I also remembe that some people on that thread had started applying and I'm curious if anyone got a job!

I don't know anything about the old thread but I do know that I once called and heard a dog barking in the background!!

Oh me too!! I had one where a lady put me on hold (but she must have missed, I heard the whole thing), where she answered the door and her kids were having a fight with the next door neighbor's kids. I heard her try to get her kids to apologize and that she had a call to get back to. It was the weirdest call I ever made.
