I have been ill

Vomiting the last two days, I have not been so sick since I was pregnant when I had hyperemesis(not a nice experience), still feel a bit shaky though the vomiting has stopped.

Hope you're feeling better. There does seem to be a lot of sickness about at the moment. My youngest DD has just had a virus that seemed to last for a nearly a week and there has been a lot coming down with similar symptoms at work.

Thank you everyone, I am starting to feel much better now, spent the day on the sofa watching TV with DD, the worst of it seems to have been yesterday.
