I have an idea for a swap... has this been done before?

After this current round of swaps is done in the early summer, would there be any interest in doing an ABCs of Disney swap in 6x6 or 8x8 finished pages? I was thinking either a 2page 6x6 layout or 1page 8x8 layout per alphabet letter.

I have wanted to do one for awhile now and it would definitely go quicker if I had prepared pages to plop pictures onto.

What do you think? Has a swap been done with pages, not just page elements?

I like that idea but one problem with it (to me) is its to big of an idea for the amount of people it would take to do it and the time to do it in- Making one or two elements is a little different (to me) than making a whole page or two and timesing that by 26 would be daunting work- (Just the idea of making 52 layouts is nerveracking to the point I doubt Id join-)

But I may be wrong and if there is enough interest Id love to see it fly-

Personally I think that with the Park Swaps- If you went into it as pieces for a ABC book I bet most of the letters would be used several times :)

but I think it would also be better if you just did letter elements and have who ever chose a letter do enough pieces for the layout without the backgrounds....esp since you dont need much with smaller albums to fill the pages....the girls could make a border, a tag and a couple squares and it would really fill up a 8x8 2 page layout. I think each Letter would have to be present on the elements too.

Great idea but I can't see making all those pages!

Hi posted on the other link too
I have a CM 7x7 Disney album which I am planning to use for my ABC book so i wouldn't need too much - someone suggested Tags.
my suggestion was "just a thought -- if each person picks a letter -- 26 people and each person makes a letter journaling box , title or border, a Tag and 2 or 3 squares do you think that would work for both the smaller and larger books just for their letter (so x 26)?? "

if we set a amount of items per letter and not so much what they need to be. Say each person pick a letter, then pick three things to make for that letter (more than enough on a 8x8 page) ie....border, tag, squares, title, journaling box, paper piecing, photo mat, etc. This way we can all make one item that might be a little more involved and keep the other two a little easier. This also allows people to specialize in their favorite things to make. In an 8x8 book 4 squares would make a nice border......hmmmm and a tag could be a title....my mind is churning with ideas already.
