Does he trade with cast members only?
Does he trade with other guests?
Has he bought more than 2 pins at a time?
Does he wear a lanyard?
Does he carry extra pins to trade anywhere?

If the answer is yes to any of the above questions, Frank is a Pinhead. Those are the rules.

Of course, there are varying levels of pinheadness, but I don't want to go there.
