NEVER SNOWBOARD DOWN THE STAIRS!!!!

OMG It hurts soo bad, last night it was cool, but now im really really sore. It hurts really bad, but hey my fault...

i have never snowboarded but my "good luck charm" told me that hed teach me some day!!
