I have a secret. How do those do around here? I have a secret and I am so excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can you tell I want to tell someone?

You're moving to Orlando?

You bought DVC?

Mickey asked you to marry him? :confused3

I am going to Orlando and WDW in 17 days. The trip was originally for just me.....

Hmmm

Are you bringing a MAN to Disney with you? :confused3

Ooooooooooooooooooh do tell girlfriend. popcorn::

OK. I stumbled upon a site one day (Disdates.com) and started talking to someone about 2 months ago. He lives very close to Orlando. I looked at my upcoming trip and realized that for the price of a 1 day 1 park ticket I could add him to the ressie and he would also get free dining so that we could have a few meals together. To me, adding him to the reservation was a big step. I honestly did it originally because it made more sense for him to get the free dining than to meet me and pay out of pocket for even a few meals. For the price of the one day ticket it pays for itself after about 2 meals. Then it started with "Well when we ride Astro Orbiter you'll have to sit in my lap". (I did not know this, this is a ride I usually skip.) Then, "when we ride Tower of Terror" and we had plans to eat at Le Cellier. OK. I do not have park hoppers. I am using a bunch of one day 1 park tickets I have. Now I am being picked up at the airport by my "chauffeur" and it looks like we will be inseperable.
I am excited and nervous. I have never done anything like this. We get along so very well and have spent hours upon hours the past 2 months talking. I already know him better than I know some of my friends.
Has anyone here met anyone off the boards? What I can't get my mind around is what happens after.... He lives there. I live here. I can't just pick up and move. I have three kids here. My oldest lives with me and the younger two live with their father about 10 minutes away. I see them all the time. Obviously, that is something I will not give up.
Anyway, that is in the future. For now I am looking forward to a very interesting trip to WDW.
I am stuck on the idea that you don't get a second chance to make a first impression. This has been the impetus to get me off my duff. For the last month I have been on a diet and started working out. I feel absolutely wonderful and have lost over 20 pounds!! If nothing else, I am sure I will keep at it will be in a bikini next summer!!:yay:

Am I crazy??? If nothing else, wish me luck.

Are you bringing ME to WDW with you? :)

You have house to finish and a party to get ready for. I don't think you have time for 6 days at WDW.

However, I do have two friends at work that want me to go with them next year to Gay Days. We could all go together then.

Sometimes I think we spend too much time worrying about the future and we don't slow down and just try to enjoy NOW, without any pressure.

Go have fun and you never know how things will turn out or what the future holds. But live for the moment and enjoy your time with him. And if you guys hit it off as just friends, you'll have a new WDW buddy to hang out with when at the parks. :)

OH and I can MAKE time for WDW. :) ha

Thanks, lovey.

I'll have to remember to bring a couple cans of Lysol with me the next time I go. I guess those rain ponchos you can buy on Main Street would work too.

See how sweet Wally is? He's got your snacks planned already! ::yes::

Live for the moment. Enjoy your time together for what it is; a good time spent getting to know one another.

Don't worry so much about tomorrow (Other than that safe sex business :teeth: although I think it might be more fun to have Wally talk with you about it than Rosie)! :teeth:

Wow... I stay away for 1/2 a day and look at this!!
At this point any sex would be welcome.... It has been awhile.
OK, for real, I am 35 and have a 16 yo dd. I know the safe sex talk.
I am thinking the hotub at the WL at about 3 a.m. Is that safe enough?
