OK. I stumbled upon a site one day (Disdates.com) and started talking to someone about 2 months ago. He lives very close to Orlando. I looked at my upcoming trip and realized that for the price of a 1 day 1 park ticket I could add him to the ressie and he would also get free dining so that we could have a few meals together. To me, adding him to the reservation was a big step. I honestly did it originally because it made more sense for him to get the free dining than to meet me and pay out of pocket for even a few meals. For the price of the one day ticket it pays for itself after about 2 meals. Then it started with "Well when we ride Astro Orbiter you'll have to sit in my lap".

(I did not know this, this is a ride I usually skip.) Then, "when we ride Tower of Terror" and we had plans to eat at Le Cellier. OK. I do not have park hoppers. I am using a bunch of one day 1 park tickets I have. Now I am being picked up at the airport by my "chauffeur" and it looks like we will be inseperable.
I am excited and nervous. I have never done anything like this. We get along so very well and have spent hours upon hours the past 2 months talking. I already know him better than I know some of my friends.
Has anyone here met anyone off the boards? What I can't get my mind around is what happens after.... He lives there. I live here. I can't just pick up and move. I have three kids here. My oldest lives with me and the younger two live with their father about 10 minutes away. I see them all the time. Obviously, that is something I will not give up.
Anyway, that is in the future. For now I am looking forward to a very interesting trip to WDW.
I am stuck on the idea that you don't get a second chance to make a first impression. This has been the impetus to get me off my duff. For the last month I have been on a diet and started working out. I feel absolutely wonderful and have lost over 20 pounds!! If nothing else, I am sure I will keep at it will be in a bikini next summer!!
Am I crazy??? If nothing else, wish me luck.
