....where the HECK did October go??!! :scared1::eek: Better yet...where has the year gone! My baby is going to be 2 in December and hopefully we'll be in Stone Mountain 2 weeks after his birthday for a little mini vacation.

So can anyone answer those two questions for me?? :rotfl2:

Only if you can tell me how my DD just turned 13, time just flew by!! :(

We went to Stone Mountain for the first time this past summer and loved it, we had such a good time.

13....yikes! :faint:

Stone Mountain is FABULOUS! Since we can't make it to Disney, it's the next best thing! Can't wait to see DS running around having a great time! I think he'll enjoy the train ride! :goodvibes

Once you find the answer to that question, let me know too! :lmao:

It just seems like this year in general has really gone fast. My co-worker and I were just talking about how next weekend is Halloween already.

Yowza!

My "baby" will be 10 in December!! I think about it and just can't remember where the time has gone. We will be in DL for her bday, I hope you have fun in Stone Mtn! :)

I have no idea--we are still waiting for July and August to show up in MN (we had a really cold summer this year).

Yellow River Game Ranch is a small zoo near Stone Mountain, about 10 minutes away. Your 2 year old would probably enjoy seeing the animals. Georgia's official groundhog (the one that predicts the weather) lives there.

I know the feeling!!
DD turned 9 in January. We were on the Disney Cruise for her birthday and the Character Breakfast just happened to be on her actual birthday. So she's sitting there and she said "Wow! Next year, double digits." I just burst out crying. In fact, I'm crying just typing that. I'm having a serious issue with her getting older. :sad1: :rotfl2: So there I am sitting on the cruise ship with Mickey and Minnie all over and I'm bawling. I think I really embarassed her.

I'VE BEEN THERE!!! ::yes:: And was already planning to take him! THANKS!! :goodvibes

Yep, my kid turns 14 in three weeks. It freaks me out on a daily basis, especially how quickly the spendy holidays are coming!! :scared1:

Ah yeah the "spendy holidays"! Those have been in full swing at my house for a while now. But I think I may see the light of day soon because my 16 year old is entering the, just give me cash and I'll get what I want phase.
You know that whole teenager knows better than mom thing.:rolleyes1 Maybe he'll give me what I want for christmas this year. Him getting a job!:lmao:
