Hi everyone!
We just received our rewards card in the mail for our upcoming trip in 3 weeks. We also received a bill on our CC for Hoop Dee Doo and half the payment of 2 nights we added to our trip (we owe the balance later). Can I have them remove these charges from my CC and have them use my points to pay for these 2 things? How do I go about doing this? I wanted to ask here before I call WDW. Is this an easy thing to do and will WDW do it?
I can't remember from previous trip, but do we always get charged and have to pay for Hoop Dee Doo before going and eating?
