I have a Photopass Question!!!!

I'm hoping that someone can help. I feel like a dinosaur in this. . We just recently came back from our trip and I was looking at the Photopass online. It asked me for my email address and password. I had signed on and saw a couple of photos that were taken on Test Track on the first day. I also claimed my photo pass online and saw my photos with Belle at Akershus. My question is this: How did my photos on Test Track on the 1st day appear online? But, the rest of my photos taken during the trip were not there? Was I supposed to do something? Apparently, I did something for the photos to appear on the first day but not the rest of my trip. If someone can help, I would really appreciate it. I've been on Dinosaur and Test Track but those photos didn't appear. Thanks!

I have read in other threads that you may have to sign out and sign in again (a couple of times) that the images don't always show right away when you log in the first time after coming home. Another suggestion is to call them about the issue.

Thank you. I tried signing off and on a few times but it was still the same. So, I called up Photopass and they told me that it was in the testing stages and not many people were aware of it but a couple of pictures were a bonus from the ride attractions. They asked me for my MB number to see if they could bring up any more photos. Sadly, they weren't able to do it because it was still in the testing stages and nobody knows about it.

I was wondering this too. We had one ride photo show up, though we did not claim the photo or anything. The ride was not a fastpass, so was wondering how they connected our photo with our photopass account? None of our other ride photos showed up in the account including one that we purchased a print for at the ride site.
