Today we are at 90 days before our cruise. What I am wondering is do you need to pre pay for the golf simulator on the Fantasy and parasailing on Castaway Cay if we sign up for it today or do they charge it to our room.

No prepayment. They'll charge your on board account either the day of or a day or two beforehand. We did the parasailing at CC several years ago and loved it. We've booked it 3-4 times but only been able to do it once. If the winds are too high, they will cancel it and will refund your onboard account automatically.
