14???? Good grief! I saw one with 8 people on it a few days ago and there wasn't an inch of available space (seat or lap) left. I can't even imagine how you'd get six more people on. Some people are just nuts. We're on our way back from a week at the Fort and, although I saw some very overcrowded carts and some carts without proper lights, I at least didn't see any reckless driving, nor did I notice kids driving. We didn't have a golf cart so we weren't looping and seeing lots of carts, though.
