I think it looks like cloth too not a finger, maybe it was windy . If it was photopass they look at the screen after every shot , so I am sure they would have caught it at least in the 2nd frame.

Cotton candy?

Ok, not really, but seeing those pics of DCA made me suddenly crave cotton candy and churros!!

It's funny, but my first thought also was "cotton candy"!
