I hate PunBB!

Argh!

As many of you will know I host a number of forums of all descriptions, so I'm fairly active on the software front.

I'm just fed up to the back teeth with a setup named PunBB. A simple upgrade screwed up the whole system, corrupted the database and basically trashed the forums to bits.

Consider this a warning! Use the on your own head beit!

We just had the same thing happen on a small private board that I belong to. Same format. I don't mess with that sort of thing (cuz I don't know what I'm doing), but one of the other women was trying to do a simple little bit of housecleaning and ended up hopelessly, irretrievably, crashing the whole thing.
