I hate it when this happens! Jiminy Cricket ebay item

My wife (nhmomx2) is a huge Jiminy Cricket fan. Finding Jiminy items is hard to do. So I found this on ebay and thought what a great present from the kids.

I bid, win and get it shipped to my office. I go home to double check her collection (which I've gathered some great pieces over the years) and she already has it!

So now, it will go back up on ebay later this week

Nah, I'd still give it to her.

I collect Mary Poppins stuff. If my DH did the same thing, I'd be touched that he went to find it and would be happy to have a second to display elsewhere.

BTW, it seems like there's a lot more Jiminy stuff lately. Saw several mugs at WDW last week. Oh, and a Jiminy and Pinocchio salt and pepper set at Mouse Surplus.

It's sweet that you went through all that trouble - and I'd be really touched.. If there's no time to get a replacement, I'd give it to her anyhow.. I'm sure she would appreciate the fact that you hunted it down for her..

I stay away from the Jiminy and Pinochio stuff, just Jiminy. We have a great collection like the statue above and tons of pins.

I even talked a CM into giving me her special recycle button a couple of trips back.

The one think I don't have is a cast member "training" pin.

The only reason I want to put it back on ebay is because there is probably some nut like me that searches high and low for Jiminy stuff, maybe it will make a nice present for someone else.

Don't worry, she'll be well taken care of for x-mas!
