I have an HP printer at the office and it has some quirks I really don't like. I have an HP at home, and I truly can't stand it. Today was the last straw: I sent a one page, three sentence document to print. The printer was out of paper, so when I put paper in, it printed pages and pages of crap--characters, symbols, etc. I have previously called HP tech support who told me the only way to stop it was to disconnect the power and the cable, shut down the printer and computer, and restart--what a ridiculous waste of time.
Anyway, I had had a very bad week at work, and this was more than I could stand. So, I found the axe and the mattock. I put on my work gloves and my safety glasses: and yes, I beat the everloving you know what out of that piece of crap!! It was excellent therapy.
Now the one at the office better be on its best behaviour, or I'm coming after it!

It will just spit out pages and pages with one line on each page full of characters. I hate that!
