I Had To Sit In A Cemetary By Myself Tonight

I went to a friend's party. A group was going to walk over to a cemetary & I expressed interest in going too. I went to use the restroom & when I came back they had gone. When they got back I wasn't thrilled that they left without me. Then one of my friends told me to check it out...by myself...without a flashlight. I told him it was stupid, but then the unthinkable happened....

I was triple-dog-dared.

Anyway, I had to go check it out. It was completely covered with trees so it was totally dark & I couldn't see a foot in front of me. It wasn't really creepy or anything, just dark.

Anyway I came back & said "Dude, no ghosts or zombies?! Big thumbs down!" :teeth:

Then again, this morning I noticed this bite mark & a strange craving for brains. :teeth:

The only downside I can see to this whole "undead" thing is my vocabulary might be slightly limited to moans & grunts. :teeth:

Cool. My friends live next to a grave yard, and this week I plan to go with them into it, at night. Megafun!

If you start howling at the moon, be afraid, be very afraid! ;)

Well, I had some pasta with garlic & could see my reflection when I tried to manage my hair (it's gone from a bad hair day, to a bad hair week, two weeks running), so I think I'm not in the vampire camp.

I think a silver bullet would kill me, but that's because I don't like Coors light. :teeth:

I'll have to wait until a full moon to see if it's a case of lycanthropy. :teeth:

A silver bullet would probably kill me too, probably any bullet could do that :(

Here's what I can't figure out...
Do zombies crave brains soley, or is it any skin & brains are considered the dessert in the flesh fiesta?

I guess I didn't get my copy of "So, You've Become A Zombie...".

Geez, joining the army of the undead might be tougher than it seems. I just figured it was all about scaring promiscuous teenagers, crawling out of graves & smashing through doors. Man, I sure hope I don't have to join a union. :teeth:

And this would be a change?

note to self: Houstonian brains must be especially tender & juicy...they've never been used :teeth:

but to those of us with loved ones (in my case a child) this isn't funny. It is pranksters and kids just "playing around" that end up damaging headstones and other memorials that are placed in honor of those we loved. A cemetary is a sacred place IMO and not your own personal playground!! When we go to place flowers/balloons I do NOT let my younger children run through the field or step on graves.....it is called teaching them respect. I hope you can remember that next time you want to go out and play..... (let the flaming begin....I stand by my opinion) I'll stop talking like your mother now....

I'm sorry this is a sensitive issue for you. The point of going to the graveyard was not to play leapfrog from the headstones or hopscotch on the grave markers. The point was only to read the tombstones, there was no "playing" involved. I think it's kind of telling (& sad) that some people automatically think that a group of people under 30 must be up to no good.

I'm going to go with the benefit of the doubt & assume that you haven't read too many of my posts &/or don't know me very well. I often post in a light-hearted mood & I rarely do anything out of malice or spite. Since this is an extremely sensitive issue for you, I would recommend staying away from current (& even old) horror movies & TV shows as graves & the undead are a pretty common thing. I'm sorry you misunderstood my intent.
