I had a Wii Accident

Demonstrating Wii to a friend last night, having just been beaten yet again by Mrs T on bowling, I wasnt going to let the same thing happen on tennis. I went for an overarm smash, forgetting that I wasnt standing where I normaly stood due to playing 2 players, and took out the glass light fitting directly above me.....Glass everywhere, much to my mates amusement. (but not Mrs T's)
Worst still, Ive scratched my Wii controller.
I shall be more careful next time I think.

The funny thing was, ive been sneering at these reported accidents that you read about and thinking what idiots......now I am one of them.

I just hope Ive hoovered up all of the glass, the last thing I want is for one of my daughters to get some stuck in their feet.

Glad Wii incidents happen in other peoples houses! DS managed to smash a piece of our ceiling light whilst playing tennis - tho', to be fair, the piece was a already a little loose as a result of my brilliant forehand play earlier that day...

And, given play was abandoned at that time, it took me to 30-15, so I also won the game by default.
