I normally have no trouble with weekends but this weekend I did. Twice we ate at Cracker Barrel and twice I ate everything I wasnt supposed to including chocolate. I dont know whats up with me I was only 1/2 pound from my 20 pound clippie an I gained two pounds over the weekend so now Im 2.5 pounds from my clippie. I am just so mad at myself I could cry!

Okay - take a deep breath. Chances are that 2 pound gain won't stick around for long. You've done really well and should be proud of what you've accomplished so far. We all have those days when we slip and let food get the better of us. Just get back on track right away - and forget about the past. You can do this!:D

Oh, sweetie, don't be sad! And don't be too hard on yourself. I think that there must have been something in that there eclipse late last week. I had a shove anything in my mouth weekend, too. I did my weigh in before it showed up, but it's there. My job, is to know that I CAN do it, and I WILL do it, and SO CAN YOU! I know that it is tough, but let's just grab the next boat

and no more tearing ourselves apart because we were (gasp!) human!

You're back on track now! Look forward ---- the Journey now continues! [no looking back!!!! And that is an order!;) ]

Jody's right!! NO LOOKNG BACK! It doesn't do any good to your personal progress. Usually all it does is encourage you to feel bad about yourself. It's done, it's over with and today is a new day! Don't worry about it- there's nothing you can do to change what happened yesterday- but you can start today new!! You can do this- don't give up!

Yep, great advice! Just look towards tomorrow! You can do it and we are all here for you with support and encouragement!! :)

Hugs!

So you over ate. It's done. It's over. It's a new day. I doubt that you gained 2 lbs of actual fat as that would be 6000 calories in and no calories out. You probably are retaining some water from the weekend. It will come off quick because you are back on track. Keep that beautiful chin up!!

It's ok, sweetie!!! Like the others have said, today is a new day! You just get yourself right back on track!!! :) A small setback is just that, SMALL!!!! You will grab that 20 pound clippie in no time and you will be bouncing all over with joy!!! :) And we're all gonna shout and be happy and celebrate with you when you do get that new clippie!!!

Remember, it's onward and downward from here out! YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!!
