Disneyland and Walt Disney World will no longer pay dedicated toplessness-checkers to examine the photos snapped of riders and displayed at the end of the ride. Not enough flashers these days, apparently.

Disneyland spokeswoman Suzi Brown says the changes took effect Sunday at Splash Mountain, Tower of Terror, Space Mountain and California Screamin'.

Riders are photographed on the attractions and can then buy souvenir copies. Some have exposed their breasts in hopes that the picture would make it onto a photo preview screen at the ride's exit.

"Dedicated toplessness checkers" :rotfl:

"What do you do for a living?"

"Oh, I'm a dedicated toplessness checker!" :lmao:

If any Disneyland CMs have lost their jobs as Flasher Police, the L.A. Metro (subway stations, especially) could use a few good Flasher Police.

Seriously, though...I don't see why they're publicizing this. Seems to me it'll just encourage people to see what they can get away with. If I end up in a floating log with a naked stranger, I'll call the REAL police

me too! I think they should have kept it quiet. I also think it takes someone with no class or tact to do something so ridiculous! If you are in my splash mountain log and do this...you better hope I am having a be nice to strangers day lol

It was originally Al Lutz who made it known, and I believe he found out through CMs that wanted the info out there, so it would be changed. That's what I read, at least.

So they are simply responding to questions; I'm sure they didn't really want the info there.

And from what I read, the flash pictures still won't be sold to anyone, and they can be 'disappeared' if one is noticed, it's just...they might be out there for people to see until it's deleted.

What I find irritating is if you wait thru that line...go down & get drenched/calm your scared kid....only to find your pic is not available bc someone in your log was inconsiderate letting it all hang out.

I wonder if they allowed those families through a 2nd time? If so...that actually could be a whole knew problem!!! "Psst..I'll pay you to flash so my family can go twice!" LOL! :rolleyes1

Oh great, yet another thing to screen before my kids can see it. Come on people, no one wants to be flashed. Seriously...altho the few times it's happened on our log it's been great to go to the front of the line and get our own log, of course then we end up buying our photos so...hmmmmmm

You know, I was SO MAD at people who did this on my Tower of Terror ride. It was my first time..but more importantly, it was my DS4's first time. Iwas SO EXCITED to see his face

but no.

The photos are not just ruined by flashers but people who make crude gestures. It is sad that you have that magical moment ruined. I do feel sorry for those people who end up with arms or heads covering their face.
