I guess I'm finding an alternate route home

WTNH Mar. 6, 2003 10:00 AM)_ I91 southbound is shutdown near Middletown Rest stop due to a multivehicle accident. I91 Southbound closed around exit 14 Wallingford/North Haven

I84 westbound is shutdown near exits 16 and 17in Middlebury, at least 5 vehicles involved

Rt 15 North Haven/Wallingford line closed in both directions due to accident

Rt 8 Shelton area multiple accidents - no info on lane closures, Trooper not on scene yet.


Ok, so ummmmm . . .this isn't good I have to go Rt 15 to get to Wallingford . . .

Wonder if the highway is that bad the side roads home will be worse . . .This is not gonna be fun!

I think it's pretty bad out. They just "interrupted programming" on WTNH to report on all the problems on the highways. They say that on I-84 between Middlebury and Southbury the state troopers are walking on foot from accident to accident.

If you can stay put, that might be the best thing until they get a handle on this storm.

I cannot believe how it is snowing again!!!!!

Be carefull and stay safe! Last year when it was bad I slept at work one time. If you can delay your departure untill it has calmed down. It isn't worth it to risk your life.
