If I book a reservation at say... BWV on a package deal. Then if I find someone that can rent me points. Can it not be transferred so that I don't have to pay the full price?

I just don't understand how this works LOL!!

Nope, DVC room inventory is different from regular rental inventory, and DVC rooms are not eligible for traditional "packages" offered through Disney travel.

If you rent from a DVC owner, it is a private transaction between you and that owner, Disney is not involved, just as if you were renting an offsite private home from someone.

The Dining Plan can be added to DVC reservations, tickets can not. And you can not verify DVC reservations through Disney, the only type of confirmation you get is the confirmation provided to the owner.
